Description

Welcome to Villa Elena Mallorca, our holiday home on the beautiful island of Mallorca. This detached house with a small garden is located in Playa de Alcúdia, just 200 meters from the famous white sandy beach of Alcúdia. Recognized as one of the best beaches in the world, its shallow waters make it perfect for children and families.

We primarily use the house during our children’s vacations, and it’s also enjoyed by our relatives and friends. When we’re not using it, we’re happy to rent it out. Please note that rentals are possible only for periods of 32 days or longer, in compliance with Balearic regulations.

Villa Elena is ideal for families, including those with young children or grandparents:

• For young children and babies: The house is fully equipped with everything you might need—baby bed, baby chair, diaper-changing station, baby food sterilizer, and toys (including sand toys). We even provide child seats for the car.
• For grandparents or elderly guests: One of the four bedrooms is located on the first floor, with a bathroom conveniently opposite it, making it perfect for elderly family members.

For those looking to work remotely, the house features high-speed fiber optic internet with 300 Mbps symmetrical speeds (300 Mbps upload and download), ensuring seamless video calls and fast downloads/uploads.

• Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, which we typically keep private when renting, leaving 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms available—perfectly accommodating 5 adults plus children.
• Living Room: Features a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a Smart TV.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large fridge, oven with cooking plates, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and more.

Availability Calendar

General Information

The availability calendar displays the periods when the house is available for rent. We use the house ourselves during school holidays, primarily in August and the beginning of September. Additionally, our relatives also use the house at certain times. For this reason, the house is generally available for rent outside these periods.

Rental Duration

Please note that the minimum rental period is 32 days, as required by legal regulations on the Balearic Islands.
